This Chapter Will show to you how to config frame relay at Cisco Router.
First time prepare the router.
And then,

router > enable
router # configure terminal
router(config) # interface serial 0
router(config-if) # ip address 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.0
router(config-if) # encapsulation frame-relay
router(config-if) # frame-relay interface-dlci 20
router(config-if) # no shutdown

router > enable
router # configure terminal
router(config) # interface serial 0
router(config-if) # ip address 10.10.10.2 255.255.255.0
router(config-if) # encapsulation frame-relay
router(config-if) # frame-relay interface-dlci 21
router(config-if) # no shutdown
